Role Overview
Drive system-level engineering for advanced automotive programmes at UzayTech GmbH. Own the technical interface with German OEMs and Tier-1 partners, shape system requirements, and coordinate execution across software, hardware, and validation teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the system definition, requirements baseline, and technical architecture for assigned programmes
- Lead system-level integration, verification, and validation across SW, HW, and mechanical domains
- Serve as primary technical counterpart for German OEM and Tier-1 customers
- Drive ISO 26262 system safety analyses and Automotive SPICE compliance
- Mentor system engineers in the DACH team and coordinate with Bursa engineering
Qualifications
- 12+ years of automotive system engineering, including in German OEM/Tier-1 environments
- Proven leadership on full vehicle programmes covering concept-to-SOP
- Deep mastery of ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive)
- Strong stakeholder management; native or near-native German plus fluent English
- Background in ADAS/AD, electrification, or zonal architecture programmes
