Role Overview
Lead the system architecture of advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving features. Drive requirements decomposition, sensor and ECU allocation, functional safety analysis, and end-to-end system definition for L0–L2+ programmes across multiple OEM and Tier-1 customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the system architecture and high-level technical design for ADAS and AD feature packages
- Lead requirements engineering, sensor fusion architecture, and ECU/zonal allocation decisions
- Drive ISO 26262 safety concept work (HARA, FSC, TSC) and ISO 21448 (SOTIF) reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with software, validation, and OEM stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and represent UzayTech in customer technical review boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years of automotive system engineering experience, 5+ years in ADAS/AD
- Hands-on experience with at least one L2+ production programme as a system owner
- Strong knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF), and Automotive SPICE
- Working experience with MATLAB/Simulink, MBSE tools (e.g. Capella, Cameo), and DOORS
- Fluent English; German or Turkish is a plus
